You Have To Be Careful With Your Weight After Liposuction
The mechanical extraction of a few kilos of obstinate fat has a name: It is called liposuction. After lipo, you need to follow a fairly balanced diet and exercise 4-6 days per week to keep yourself fit and healthy. Having a liposuction is not a one time job and a magical procedure. Yes, it is true that the fat excess is removed for good but you can still experience weight gain after lipo. In order to keep your healthy silhouette, you need to take serious a few precautionary rules and stay diligent. Following the two basic rules below will probably help you to keep fit:
 

Keep An Eye on What You Eat
 

If you are working hard to keep yourself fit, it is true that you have to be careful about what you eat. it is more important not to consume too many calories each day. Rather than the quantity of the food, you need to pay attention to the quality of it.
You don’t have to follow a strict diet since the fat excess are already removed but you may be need some tricks to reduce your calorie intake and improve the quality of your food :
 
  • Try eating five or six meal instead of generous three portions in a day. It is helpful for people to take over their calorie intake and you are less likely to overeat.
     
  • If you plan to have 5 meals per day, eat 5 meals per day ! It is important that you being serious about it. Skipping meals won’t help you to keep fit. If you skip a meal, you are more likely overeat in the next one and augment your calorie intake.
     
  • Vegetables are important, rich in vitamins and contain fiber. You need to find out a way to consume them even if you don’t like their taste. It may be helpful to try new recipes every time. You will figure it out eventually. 
     
  • You don’t have to give up on sweets and treats but you may be consider limiting them to prevent weight gain after liposuction.
 
Add Exercise To Your Diet
 
A healthy diet wouldn’t be enough to keep you fit and prevent weight gain. Exercising 4-6 times a week (if you have your doctor’s permission in doing so) will be helpful to keep your fine silhouette.
